Terms and Conditions General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Pebble’s Pack

  1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all business relationships between Pebble's Pack by ACE von Gleichen (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and its customers (hereinafter referred to as "Customer" or "Customers") in connection with the sale of products via the Provider's online shop. These GTC govern the use of the products and services of the Provider.

  1. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of the products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer. A contract is concluded by the Customer placing an order and this order being expressly accepted by the Provider. The Provider can accept this offer either expressly by sending a binding acceptance declaration or by sending the ordered goods. The Provider reserves the right to reject orders.

  1. Prices and Payment Terms

The prices for the products are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include value-added tax unless otherwise stated. Payments are due within the agreed payment period.

  1. Delivery and Shipping

The Provider delivers the ordered products to the delivery address in Switzerland specified by the Customer. Delivery times may vary and will be communicated to the Customer. The risk of shipment passes to the Customer as soon as the goods are handed over to the shipping service provider.

  1. Warranty and Liability

The Provider warrants that the products are free from defects. In case of defects, the Customer is entitled to repair or replacement delivery. The Provider's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

  1. Right of Withdrawal and Return

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receipt of the goods without giving any reason. The Customer must report the withdrawal by email to info@pebblespack.com. In the event of a withdrawal, the goods must be returned undamaged and unused in their original packaging. The exact conditions for the return are detailed on the Provider's website.

  1. Data Protection

The Provider processes personal data of the Customer in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Further information is available in the Provider's privacy policy.

  1. Final Provisions

These GTC are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zurich. Amendments or supplements to these GTC must be in writing.
