Refund policy
Dear community members,
We want to ensure that your experience with Pebble's Pack remains as smooth as possible, even when considering a return. Please take note of our return guidelines:
- Return period: You have a maximum of 14 days to inform us about your return after receiving your order.
- Returning your item: After notifying us of your return, you have an additional 7 days to return the items to us. Please note that individualized or custom-made products are exempt from this rule.
- Shipping costs: The shipping costs for returning the items are at your expense.
- Announcement of the return: Please announce your return within the 14-day period either by emailing info@pebblespack.com or by sending it via post to Pebble's Pack, Am Oeschbrig 23, 8053 Zurich. Returns that have not been announced in advance cannot be accepted.
- Condition of the items: The returned items must be in an undamaged condition and in their original packaging.
- Receipt confirmation: After processing your return, you will receive confirmation of its receipt.
- Responsibility during transportation: The package remains in your responsibility until it reaches our location. We recommend using shipment tracking to monitor its status.
- Refund: Please note that we can only offer exchanges or the issuance of a voucher as refund options. We are committed to addressing your concerns to the best of our ability and are available to assist you with any further questions.
